Well, my Dad’s 59th birthday is today, so I
thought this would be a perfect start to my blog. This is the card that I have made for
him. I will post the gift I am working
on for him tomorrow (probably). My Dad
is a no-frills kind of guy, but still displays his birthday cards on his mantel.
The balloons are embossed to resemble (however loosely)
golf balls. Dad’s an avid golfer. He even makes his own clubs. That being said, he’s not where I get my love
of crafting. That’d be from Momma.
Please forgive me, photography is not my forte
Balloons de-bossed with Cuttlebug’s Swiss Dots folder.
Paper string by Tim Holtz Ideology
Fiskars Stamp
Recollections cardstock
Base card is an A7 David Tutera Celebrate
I am entering this in My Craft Spot’s Monday Challenge#84 – Wish Big! (Anything Birthday).
